If a guided tour is more your speed, you can sign up for any of their eco, dolphin, fishing or dinner tours. All of which are under $70 per person. They can even accommodate those who are getting on a surfboard for their first time through their beginner lessons.

However, if you want to shred up the water or take in the sights, Virginia Beach Parasailing and Jet Ski Rental are right up your ally. They offer half-hour and one hour rentals for jet skis that allow you to venture out into the ocean. Parasailing is an excellent way to tour the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. You can fly single, double and even triple. Lastly, if you have a large group you want to entertain, they even provide boat rentals that can fit up to 6 people.

And for all you adrenaline seekers out there, there is nothing more exhilarating and extreme then skydiving. At Virginia Beach Skydiving you can take part in a Tandem or Accelerated Free Fall dive (AFF). These are both fine options for first timers. The Tandem dive is the most popular and requires the least amount of training. You will get to enjoy 60 seconds of freefall and reach speeds up to 120 mph. The AFF dive requires more intensive training since it is an assisted solo dive. Both are going to get the blood pumping.
